Rates include:

• all utilities, specifically electricity, gas, water, cable TV and FREE Wireless Internet.
• Central heat & air conditioning
• Bed linens and towels (residents are required to do their own washing)
• No additional charge for use of clothes washer & dryer (once/week)
• Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. Rates are based on single occupancy. For double occupancy please add 25% to the prices below.

Reservations:

• A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due upon arrival
• Your $100 deposit is deducted from your total room rate i.e. $625 for 30 days ($625 - $100 = $525 balance)
• If you're staying for a more than 2 months, then first and last months rent is due upon arrival
• Please note: we have a 1 week minimum
